Brunch in a Garden Home

Inside a residential garden home in Sukhumvit 39 lies a cozy little cafe called La Creperie. At the entrance we were greeted by a very pleasant European style garden decked out with fountains and a lovingly kept lawn. There is also a spa located in the adjacent building in case you feel like getting pampered after your long lazy brunch. We call it a Sprunch! But it’s probably a good idea to Sprunch after you’ve had a bit of time to digest all that yummy crepe first!

Comfy Nooks and Corners

La Creperie’s outdoor seating looks just as inviting for cooler time of the months. We also love how the inside space has plenty of cozy nooks and corners with big comfy sofas and colourful oversized pillows. Our favourite table is by the windows where we can sit and admire their beautiful fountain in the garden while enjoying our brunch.

Crepe Brunch

The menu is distinctively French with a focus on variety of crepe based dishes. It serves up every kind of sweet and savoury crepe combinations that you can imagine. If you are looking for a more diverse or traditional brunch dishes like eggs benny or full english then you won’t find it here. However the authentically cooked and beautifully presented crepe more than make up for it. We ordered the breakfast crepe which consists of egg, ham, cheese and mushroom. This comes with a small side salad. Although we find that the dressing on side salads are somewhat over salted.

As well as savoury options there are plenty of sweet crepes on offer too. The dessert crepe with peach and vanilla ice cream was just as impressive as its savoury counterpart. Overall we think that this is a lovely place to catch up with friends over a nice brunch and a good cup of tea.
